Ahmad's journey in the culinary world began when he studied at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in Jordan, by Les Roches Switzerland. His dedication, passion, leadership, and talent for cooking quickly caught the attention of his instructors, who recognized his potential and encouraged him to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

 

Since then, Ahmad has been on top of his craft, working tirelessly to perfect his culinary skills and gain valuable experience in some of the most prestigious kitchens worldwide. 

 

As a chef, Ahmad's role is condemnatory in the kitchen. He is responsible for overseeing and involvement in the preparation of food, ensuring that dishes are cooked up to the standards and served on time.

As a Chef de Partie, Ahmad's duties will include managing a specific section of the kitchen, such as the hot line, fresh pasta, or cold section, and ensuring that dishes are prepared according to the restaurant's standards. He will also be responsible for supervising the work of all cooks and apprentices, helping them to develop their culinary skills and ensuring that they follow established recipes and procedures.
