زين الأردن تزوّد "جو بترول" بخدمات الاستضافة المشتركة
عمّان، 20 تشرين الأول 2025: جدّدت شركة زين الأردن وعبر مركزها الإقليمي لتخزين البيانات والمعلومات والتعافي من الكوارث The Bunker"" اتفاقيتها الاستراتيجية مع شركة جو بترول، والتي تقوم زين بموجبها بتزويد خدمات الاستضافة المشتركة (Colocation Service).
ووقّع الاتفاقية كل من الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة زين الأردن فهد الجاسم، والمدير العام لشركة جوبترول المهندس خالد الزعبي، وذلك في مقر مركز زين "The Bunker" الكائن في مجّمع الملك الحُسين للأعمال، بحضور عدد من المُدراء التنفيذيين من كلا الجانبين، إذ تأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار جهود شركة زين الأردن المتواصلة لتعزيز مسيرة التحول الرقمي للمؤسسات والشركات الوطنية بمختلف أحجامها وطبيعة أعمالها، عبر تقديم حلول متكاملة ومتطورة للبنية التحتية الرقمية للمساهمة في رفع كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية وضمان استمرارية الأعمال في مختلف الظروف، حيث يعد التحول الرقمي ضرورة لتعزيز التنافسية وتحقيق النمو المستدام بما ينسجم مع رؤية الأردن للتحول نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي والمعرفي.
وبموجب هذه الاتفاقية، ستزوّد شركة زين الأردن شركة جو بترول بمساحات مخصصة داخل غرف مشتركة في مركزها الإقليمي (The Bunker)، لاستضافة خوادم مركز معلومات جو بترول (Colocation) لتخزين البيانات والمحافظة عليها وضمان ديمومة العمل في حالات الطوارئ، حيث سيتيح هذا التعاون لشركة جو بترول الاستفادة من بنية تحتية جاهزة ومتقدمة قائمة على الحوسبة السحابية، ومدعومة بروابط بيانات وإنترنت عالية الاعتمادية والثبات، بما يضمن تشغيل أنظمتها التقنية بسلاسة واستمرارية عالية، كما سيقدّم المركز خدمات المراقبة والدعم الفني على مدار الساعة، بما يشمل خدمات الصيانة الدورية والاستجابة السريعة للحالات الطارئة، لضمان أعلى مستويات الأداء والكفاءة التشغيلية.
يُشار إلى أن مركز زين الإقليمي لتخزين البيانات والمعلومات والتعافي من الكوارث (The Bunker) حصد مؤخراً جائزة التميّز التكنولوجي في الشرق الأوسط لعام 2025 والتي منحتها مجلة Asian Business Review ، كما حصل المركز على الشهادة الذهبية للاستدامة التشغيلية من المستوى الثالث (Tier III Gold of Operational Sustainability - TCOS) من معهد Uptime الأمريكي المتخصص في تصنيف وتقييم أداء مراكز البيانات العالمية ومرونتها وكفاءتها واستدامتها، ويُعدّ مركز زين الاقليمي الأول من نوعه على مستوى المنطقة، إذ يوفّر خدمات تخزين البيانات، والتعافي من الكوارث، والخدمات السحابية (Cloud Services) للمؤسسات الحكومية والشركات المحلية والإقليمية في قطاعات متعددة، من أبرزها القطاع المالي، والصحي، والتعليم، والتأمين، ويعتمد المركز على بنية تحتية متطورة وتقنية الألياف الضوئية التي تضمن استمرارية العمل بنسبة 99.982%، مع وجود غرف استضافة مشتركة وخاصة ومكاتب طوارئ تُمكّن الشركات من إدارة أجهزتها والمحافظة على ديمومة أعمالها في الظروف الطارئة.
Zain Jordan Provides Jo Petrol with Colocation Services through Its Regional Data and Disaster Recovery Center “The Bunker”
Amman, October 20, 2025: Zain Jordan, through its Regional Data and Disaster Recovery Center “The Bunker,” has renewed its strategic agreement with Jo Petrol, under which Zain will continue providing Colocation Services to the company.
The agreement was signed by Zain Jordan’s Chief Executive Officer, Fahad Al Jasem, and Jo Petrol’s General Manager, Eng. Khaled Al Zoubi, at The Bunker in King Hussein Business Park, in the presence of several executive directors from both companies.
This renewal comes as part of Zain Jordan’s ongoing efforts to accelerate the digital transformation journey of national institutions and businesses across various sectors. Through its advanced digital infrastructure and integrated technology solutions, Zain aims to enhance operational efficiency and ensure business continuity under all circumstances. Under this agreement, Zain Jordan will continue providing Jo Petrol with dedicated spaces within shared rooms at The Bunker to host the company’s servers and IT equipment (Colocation). Through this collaboration, Jo Petrol will benefit from Zain’s state-of-the-art infrastructure based on cloud computing, supported by highly reliable and stable data and internet connectivity. This guarantees smooth operations, system stability, and uninterrupted service delivery. In addition, The Bunker provides around-the-clock monitoring and technical support, routine maintenance, and rapid incident response to ensure maximum performance and operational efficiency.
It is worth mentioning that Zain’s Regional Data and Disaster Recovery Center, The Bunker, recently received the Middle East Technology Excellence Award 2025, presented by Asian Business Review magazine. The center also earned the prestigious Tier III Gold Certification for Operational Sustainability (TCOS) from the Uptime Institute—a leading U.S.-based organization specializing in assessing data center performance, resiliency, and sustainability.
